Thank you for returning to see the next set of seven Kaweah Post Office oil paintings. Shall we commence our tour of the growth of my painting skills through the capitalistic exploitation of an innocent elderly landmark? (That would have cracked my Dad up – is anyone else out there laughing along?)
And thus we conclude our tour of my endless depictions of the Kaweah Post Office, popular landmark in Three Rivers, but not where I get my mail, in case you were wondering.
Sharon, Nikki used to take drawing lessons from me and I listen to her when she notices something is wonky, She is right – I wonder if that’s why XIII is still at Anne Lang’s.
And I don’t mind being told how to paint by people who have their checkbooks at the ready! (hugs back at you!) I’ll go prime an 8×10 canvas next to paint Kaweah Post Office IXV.
I’ve decided that I should vote for my favorite. Therefore, you need to know that I vote for#8. (That’s VIII to you.) There is something odd about the roof of #13. Rework?
Nikki, thanks for the vote – someone else voted for IX (#9 to you). Thanks for the warning about #13. I’ll contemplate it, and if it appears fixable, I’ll retrieve it from Anne (unless someone wants to buy it and doesn’t notice!)
Hi Sharon,
Celebrities are overrated.
And the artistic license was because I either couldn’t see or didn’t have the skill.
IX is gone because I only have one at a time, but I can repaint it for you.
This PO is the same distance as the main one.
I love your orderly comments!

I’ll pass on XIII. No fence in the back, and I agree, the roof line looks like it’s askew.
I’ll take a reprint of IX if you’re willing. And maybe adjust the doorway so it doesn’t look like the inside is on fire?
Don’t you love people who tell you how to paint?

So, a celebrity bought your “Kaweah Ost Office” painting–cool!
The sky is not lying. It’s called “artistic license!”
My favorite is IX, lying sky and all! Is it still available?
And isn’t this Post Office closer to your home than the main 3R one?
That’s all for today!

1. I agree. But don’t ask them, they’ll deny it.
2. But your license created something very pretty!
3. Or, you could tell me which of the PO paintings are still available.
4. And since you have other business at or near the 3R PO that makes sense.
5. Thank you. I like lists. Most orderly people do!
Sharon,
1. yup
2. thanks!
3. only the last one in the post is available -XIII, with all the info beneath it.
4. yup
5. Amen, Sister Orderly!
