Thank you, Cheryl. I look at them sometimes and think, “ooh, ick, I draw better now.” Other times, I almost break my arm patting myself on the back. So, I appreciate your kind words!
I was reading a Michael Hyatt post and noticed that you were from Three Rivers. Really? Three Rivers, CA is small! But we know Three Rivers well from passing through on our way to Mineral King. And then I saw your cabin art. My husband’s family has had the Whitney cabin since 1931, I think. Such a special place. I loved seeing your photos and your cabin art. Small world indeed!
Julie, how nice to read your comment. (And isn’t Michael Hyatt The Best Ever??) Thank you for seeking me out and taking the time to connect!
Did you see that there are two drawings of the Whitney cabin – on the July 22 and 25 posts? That outdoor window on the porch is just so interesting to me! I would have loved a covered porch at our cabin this weekend so we could be outside during the thundershowers but stay dry.
Let me know when you will be up the hill, and maybe we can coordinate a visit in MK!
