Trail of Promises: Packing the Backbone of the Sierra is finally here! Louise Jackson has been working on this manuscript for several years; she and I have been working on it since last September, and NOW IT IS HERE!

I totally enjoyed this book. It was a heartwarming story of the type I have not read in quite some time. I am recommending this to all my friends, especially those who are backpacking/hiking enthusiasts . A great tale of friendships and perseverance in the face of adversity. Absolutely great.
